*cough* anyway, yes. It's true. Persona 4. Coming soon. Made by Atlus. I'd be skeptical if you told me Persona 4 was confirmed. But I will no longer once I've seen trailers. And that's just what dear showed me. A true trailer from Nicodouga (Japanese youtube for those who don't know.)

Well, it has to be a trailer. Unless you're telling me an uber hacker has the amazing skillz to hackzorz P3 and modify the entire game until it becomes something completely new. Judging from what I saw in the trailer, we still see Igor. And possibly Elizabeth (But with multiplied sexiness! ) We also see the return of All-out Attacks, Social Commus (Or Social Links), and the almighty "One more turn!" that often makes the whole game easier or harder. What I am unsure of is whether the game lets you control all your party members, or it retains the same style as P3 itself.

What other awesome stuff? According to , there'll probably be like... 180 Personae. You heard her. 180. ONE HUNDRED AND HOLYSHITISITTRUE EIGHTY. It will also have a Weather System for everyday, though I'm still not sure on what impact this'll have, And a new style of summoning Personae, where it involves (From what I see anyway) wrecking your card in the most awesome way possible. We won't be seeing a return of Evokers, sadly.

The setting is in a rural town of Japan. Very different from most of the older Persona games, where they're set in Urban Areas. So far, though, I haven't seen any references to P3 yet. Although I have a sneaky suspicion the Kirijo Group MIGHT appear on some random poster or in the newspapers.

All in all, this is something not to be missed. If Atlus brings it into English, completely unchanged and what not, then I can die a happy man.
